Wrist bands will also allow you to leave and return to the site throughout the day.
  • My plans have changed and I can no longer attend the event, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if you can no longer attend the event, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Refunds may only be requested if the whole event has been cancelled by the organisers.
  • Do I need to bring ID?

Neither Hose Village Hall nor Hosenbury will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred to private vehicles or their contents while parked on the site. • Will there be security personnel and/or first aiders on site?
Yes, contractors will be providing qualified security and first aid services on the festival site while the festival is underway. Catering will be available on the day – we have a woodfired pizza van, burgers and hotdogs and fusion street food. However, you are able to bring a picnic if you so wish. Please take any litter home with you or use the waste and/or recycling bins provided on the day.
  • Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. We have a zero-tolerance policy with regards to bringing alcohol into the festival arena. Only alcohol purchased on site will be allowed into the festival arena. Any alcohol found will be confiscated. If you dispute this, you run the risk of being refused entry to the event. We will have security on the gate conducting bag searches. Bringing alcohol to the event jeopardises not only our licence but also our ability to run the event now and in the future. It is also dangerous, as glass bottles may be broken causing a risk to other attendees. Please remember this is a family event and we want everyone to have a great time in as safe a way as possible.
  • When does the event start and end each day?
Please see the event schedule, including site and bar opening and closing times by clicking here. And, campsite notes by clicking here.
  • When will each band start playing?
Please see the event schedule, including approximate band starting times, by clicking here.

No the event will take place outside. We have a covered stage and bar area and inside toilet facilities. Refunds will not be available for bad weather unless the decision is taken by the organising committee to cancel the event.
  • Do I have to bring cash?
We will be able to take cash and card payments.
  • What should I bring to the event?
Don’t forget to bring your printed ticket (if purchased from a local shop) or your Eventbrite QR code. Make sure you come prepared for the weather - hopefully sun cream, sun hats and sunglasses but possibly waterproofs and wellies! Cash or bank card to purchase food and drink. ID will be required to purchase alcohol, especially if you’re lucky enough to look under 21. Camping chairs or a picnic blanket. Also make a plan for how you will get home! Hose is in the countryside and while there are some public transport links to Melton and Bottesford, these do not run late.
  • Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are allowed at the event. Please consider festival noise levels and the number of people if you do decide to bring your dog. They should be kept on a lead, and you will also need to pick up any waste so that it is not left on the field.
